Just 4 weeks ago, Counterplas Technical Injection Mouldings, met with one of the team to discuss the need for 2 shift team leaders for their continuously expanding business. Fast forward, and we want to congratulate both Juris and Craig on successfully gaining employment with this fantastic company.
In 2025 alone, Counterplas have invested over 1 million pounds in the business, buying 2 new machines, which are already installed and running on site.
They have invested in upskilling the shifts, through recruitment across production, material handling and shift team leaders.
Whilst Counterplas are a diverse manufacturer in plastics, a huge positive uplift has been in the breadbasket and home delivery baskets market which has pushed them to capacity and beyond!
Counterplas have recently been crowned “supply partnership” winners at the recent prestigious PIA awards in London along with TH Plastics and we wanted to wish a huge congratulations to both companies on this huge achievement!
With new tooling and projects already lined up for 2026, this has been an exciting and profitable year for Counterplas, and we look forward to seeing continued growth in 2026!
