For Employers

Due to our personal, individual touch with our customers, we work with a variety of sectors. What we specialise in is YOUR business, through learning about you, what your values are and where you are looking to take the company/role.
Firstly, it is important to ensure that any applicant has the right to work in the UK, so this is always priority. We will then work through a candidates work history, and look to gain a minimum of 2 work references. Some vacancies require numeracy & literacy testing, we have the facility to do this as part of our application process. If you have a specific test in mind, then talk to us, we will always do our best to facilitate this.
This is really bespoken to your requirements as a business. You may have a set deadline, or project where you need someone in place for, or this could be a replacement requirement where you need someone to fill that seat as soon as possible. We will sit with you to discuss the best timeframe to suit your business. Whether that is an ASAP or specific date; we can work to your timeframes.

For Candidates

Simply apply through our website, one of our socials or go the “old fashioned route” and give us a call on 0121 828 3848!
Absolutely not! We make our money by charging a company to source someone like you! This is a totally free service for our candidates.
It’s easier to say what we don’t do.
  • Temporary driving positions
  • Care or educational teaching positions.
  • Construction work.
When working with Daniel-Scott Recruitment, you can feel confident that we will have your best interests at heart. We will use our expertise in presenting you the best way possible to the company. All we need from you is “what you are good at” and “what you want” from your next role, then let us do the rest!
