Dan’s apprenticeship career started in early 2024 when he enrolled in the level 2 Recruitment Resource course through Juniper Training, where he was given tasks like managing candidate relationships, payroll, and filling temporary roles.Dan completed this course and passed with distinction!
Now enrolled on the level 3 – 360 Recruiter course, dan is now working with some excellent companies across the Black Country and cementing real working partnerships with them. In collaboration with the fantastic trainers at Juniper, along with 1-2-1 training from our own MD Lucy, Dan is forging new business relationships through sales and building long term relationships through account management.
We thought we’d ask Dan on his thoughts to anyone who might be considering an apprenticeship: “If you’re thinking about it, do it, it gives you a better insight to the role you’re interested in. Jaz at Juniper is a great trainer, who is always on hand for advice and support”
Our MD Lucy added “As business owners, we too can lay a part in developing new talent, paving a way for the future of industries, and I feel it is important we all play our part for the future. There is always room for recruiting of green shoots to develop along with recruiting of experienced staff, and it is more important than ever that we all take a level of responsibility in making this happen”
