Be kind to yourself –

Sometimes people interpret job rejection as a personal attack against them. However that is far from the truth and if anything, it gives you the opportunity to grow and learn from the experience.

Explore your options

When you put your all into a job application and it doesn’t work out, it’s normal to feel like giving up. However there are more jobs out there, that are more suited to you and your skills/experience.

Plan

To avoid the job search burnout, it can be beneficial to plan your next steps. This can allow more time to adjust your CV, take regular breaks and overall remain positive.

Feedback
